They completed the work on schedule and made sure each time that everything was clean before they left. When the city found a couple of very minor items after the projects were done, they came back promptly to make it meet the inspector's wishes. The next visit by the inspector only took a couple minutes and was approved without comment. "First, the price quoted on the phone to us the day before service was not the price we had to pay after the water heater was installed. It was $200. MORE. Then, 2 days after installation, we noticed water on the basement floor around the base of the heater. We called, someone came out the next day and said the new piping was incorrectly installed. He fixed it (hopefully). This expensive water heater also makes a louder, rattling noise when it is heating up water, compared to our older model, the same brand, Bradford White. We can only hope this water heater lasts."
