"Second time we've worked with Joyland on a full roof replacement - couldn't be more pleased! The process was handled professionally and with great communication. Ross began with an in-depth meeting to REALLY listen to what we wanted evaluated and our time constraints. He did a great job answering ALL our questions, examining our roof from the inside as well so there would be no surprises. He even identified chimney work for us to be aware of to get repaired. We had no idea it needed work. A crew was on site within DAYS to start and 2.5 days later, our new roof was COMPLETE. The workers were great and left the property spotless at the end of each day. Conrad - project manager - stayed 100% on top of the daily progress, keeping us informed at all times, even with some rain issues to work around. They cleaned, repaired and made some practical additions to my gutters to solve the problems I was having. "We had a home energy audit which precipitated the need for Rovegno's services. The work crew arrived as scheduled, all work was completed in one day. Crew took precautions to avoid mess in house and cleaned up upon finishing the job. We received a recent electric bill which indicated that our energy consumption was 50% less than last year for the same month. The usage month for 2018 reflected colder temperatures than the same period in 2017. We are very pleased with results. Description of work: Brought attic insulation up to current building standards, put insulation into the second floor interior walls for sound dampening. Foam insulated the rim joist area on the perimeter of the basement, which is a finished basement."

"Greg , the owner has horrible customer service, they don’t stand behind their work. I had a leak and called him on November 30 of 2022, one of his guys came out told us they will be back to fix the window. Never heard from them again. On September 26, 2023 I called them because they didn’t do anything. Of course they’re not taking any blame, when I called him out on it, he hung up on me. I would not recommend this company. The owner is very angry and combative."

"Poor installation quality, lack of follow up for warranty coverage. They sub out to local contracts with apparently no quality controls. Gunner put on a new roof, new siding, new front doors, and new gutters. Not one of those was done to complete satisfaction. They covered my dryer vent with Hardie board which could have caused a fire if I didn't smell the burning smell while I was doing laundry. My front 2 doors came in the wrong size after 8 weeks and they had to reorder which took another 8 weeks. Finally, the doors were installed improperly: surrounding trim too short, covered a gap under the step with flashing, and didn't align the doors properly. The flat roof part had to be redone 3 times and it still wasn't properly installed. The property manager at the time, who has since left, was very nice and gave me $1500 credit. I had 2 other roofers out since to look at the problem and both said the flashing was installed improperly and they have to pull off boards etc and this will co"
