"Exceptional response and diagnosis of an 8 y/o GE oven. The cost to repair was reasonable. Despite it being a holiday weekend, they were able to secure the replacement part and returned the next morning to have it operational in time for Christmas dinner. Staff are courteous, professional, on time and explained each aspect of the process. Being able to repair an appliance at a reasonable cost far outweighs the price of purchasing a new one.
