"We hired Pete the plumber in 2018 for a toilet clog. He charged us close to $400 dollars for removing the toilet and running the snake through. Fast forward until now we have the same issue. When I called I wanted to double check the price. He said $275. When I mentioned my previous experience with him over the phone he claimed that was not him that he never charges that much money. When he came over i showed him the receipt he gave me in 2018. He said he charged me that much money cause he had to remove the toilet bowl and walked right out not even having the decency to ask how can he help. Would I hire him again? Absolutely NOT! Would I recommend him? NO!!!!"

"Absolutely Do Not Trust ProSeptic – Scammers and Backyard Wreckers We hired ProSeptic to pump our septic tank. When they arrived, they claimed our leach field was failing and warned we could face fines if we didn’t replace it. Pressured, we agreed to a $10,000 job. Midway through, after tearing up our yard, they told us the system “wouldn’t work” and pushed a different one—for $30,000. We refused. What followed felt like sabotage. The work was sloppy, our yard was left a wreck, and our kids can’t even play back there anymore. It was fine before. It’s obvious they use bait-and-switch tactics: hook you with one price, then pressure you into paying much more. If you don’t cave, you’re left with garbage work. Avoid ProSeptic at all costs—they’re not just unprofessional, they’re predatory."

"Chris it’s very friendly impersonal. He can’t be any more fair on his prices. That’s for sure. Came when he said he was coming. Had the job done within a half hour everything worked perfectly. He had to replace a gas line behind my stove. Also having him come to replace some leaky faucets in my basement."

"I can't say enough good about Stone Industries and Dean Burdick. My house has two septic system and both needed to have the outlet pipes replaced and 1 system needed a new distribution box. I am in the process of selling my house and it has been complicated due to the buyers being on the West Coast and the buyer's original inspector was rude, incompetent and erroneously recommended replacement of both drain fields. The buyers were obviously concerned after this incorrect diagnosis. Dean came out, got the information to quote the right repairs, and was even willing to speak to the buyers to put them at ease that this was the appropriate remedy. He also was willing to have a third party inspector out to witness the repairs if the buyers wanted. He was great to work with! The buyers are happy, I am happy and the deal is finally proceeding after much aggravation caused by the incompetent inspection. These guys were awesome and saved the day."

"I called Kyle on a Sun. afternoon. He said he would come over early on Mon. morning. He was here at 7:00. It took him an hour or two to troubleshoot the problems. He found and corrected problems inside with a valve and a gauge. He found that the outside casing had a hole in a pipe and was leaking. This was the source of the problem; it was causing the indoor problems, too. He said he would be back at noon with Mike and an excavator to correct the pipe issue. He came back as he said he would. It must have taken about three hours for them to excavate and repair the pipe, complicated by the excessive water at the site due the leak from the pipe and high water table. They were able to repair it so we had water again. Hurray! They backfilled and cleaned up the site as best they could given the wet and muddy conditions. They gave us very prompt, polite, and skilled service. My wife and I are very well pleased. We will use them again."
