He had a wall mount on his truck that would work for the bedroom TV and offered it to me. He went to get some needed parts and in two hours had both TVs installed and working. Tim was training Mike and they worked well together as a team. Mike did a great job helping with the installation. They took time to discuss options with me for other areas in my home for TVs and sound system. Tim is very busy and had to cancel my first appointment so I had to reschedule. I think the price was reasonable for the installation, wall mount and parts. Tim is very personable and very knowledgeable and conscientious about doing the job right.
