He answered my call on the first ring. He was knowledgeable and informative. He understood (with children) the need for running hot water in the house. The next day he arrived promptly at 8:30 AM with the water heater and all supplies. We had hot water again with a perfect install done in 3 hours. Price was fair and as quoted. Very friendly, professional and timely. I would recommend him to anyone."

He accessed the problem and discovered an external panel to open to see if he could identify the issue. He quickly summarized he could reach in and repaired the leak by replacing a flex pipe.
