"Aaron responded to our request to remove an old concrete laundry tub, and to install a stainless steel tub. Although he suggested a particular plastic tub, we asked if he could put in a specific one for our laundry room. I sent photos, and he quoted a price. When the tub was ordered, Hurricane Erin interrupted and delayed the delivery date, by 4 days. Instead of waiting until the tub arrived, Aaron came by to begin the demolition of the tub. Aaron was here promptly! Even though our dogs are friendly, the 20 m/o, was sometimes nosy, and in the way, but Aaron did not have a problem with her, or our 10 y/o senior pup. Because there was an existing issue, unbeknownst to us, Aaron worked diligently to have the sink operating in working condition. Additionally, all the pre-existing plumbing and fixtures were replaced in kind. Aaron is a true professional and gentleman. We have his card and he is in our contacts!
