"I worked with Chizum and had a great experience. For my work, he requested a few photographs instead of sending someone out to have a look. He wanted to be sure that the bluish pipe entering the house was not the type that should be replaced before the work was done (it wasn't). He explained that they would not guarantee their work if it was and that they do not do the replacement work anymore. He was very thorough and knowledgeable - super helpful!
