"They did a great job on that. My dad had a granite countertop in the bathroom. I think they put some type of equipment on top of it, and it faded the granite in a couple of spots. I called immediately, and the owner sent the worker back out there. He just said he don't know how'd it happened because they covered it. They were like they didn't do anything to it. All I wanted them to do was just kind of like fix it or repolish it or something. So, it was a little spot very noticeable. My dad has a caregiver and even when she came the next day she noticed it. The two areas on the granite top were faded. They didn't try to fix it, they told me what I should do to try to fix it. The owner came back from vacation and called me and told me to put some type of car wash wax on it or something, but that didn't work. I thought the price was reasonable. The bathtub was excellent, but like I said they did do something that caused that spot on the granite top. They refinished the bathtub, but in the process, it seems like they damaged another part in the bathroom. It just seems like they put some equipment on top of that, like something that was hot or something that just kind of faded the gloss on the granite top. They were late getting out there that day. They said they had run behind on another job. They were hours late getting out there. They did a great job with the refinishing work, it was just some collateral damage, but they did a great job on that tub."

"The company was communicative and punctual. They worked efficiently and had fantastic customer service. They were knowledgeable and I would definitely use again."

"
We had flooding coming from both the shower and the jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom. We met with Cash to get a quote on remodeling the bathroom, and he gave us the best quote of the numerous contractors we met with. He was extremely friendly, very knowledgeable, and gave us numerous options that we never thought about. Throughout the process, Cash was always happy to meet with us and answer any questions, no matter how mundane. He was very attentive and was on top of the job throughout the process. We had our shower expanded to include duel shower heads, a frameless shower glass door, pebble flooring, a seat, and a can light with a fan that now functions perfectly!!! We replaced the jacuzzi tub with a soaker tub with decorative stone surrounding the tub. Our carpeting and tile was replaced with beautiful stone tile, that Cash helped us pick out. We had new cabinets and a granite counter top installed by Pro-Stone, whom Cash also recommended. Our bathroom has gone from looking like and eye sore to a luxury spa!!! We couldn't have done this with Cash and his expertise, patience, and genuine concern for our interest. I truly felt like Cash had our best interest in hand the entire time and I was extremely comfortable working with him. I will gladly recommend Cash to family and friends and would be happy to provide a reference to anyone who would request one. We plan to have other remodels in the near future and will definitely go back to Cash and Paul's tile for our future needs!!! A++++++++ without hesitation!!!!!"

"Great. Arrived when they said they would. Did a professional job. Very pleasant installers."

"We are going to have to have someone come in and repaint the room.

He didn't show up prepared he brought the incorrect paint, it was the correct color but in the quality we requested. He asked us to borrow a brush and a towel, which he took with him. In some spots you can see through the paint.

"I really liked General because even though they already had a full schedule, they found time to fit me in, and it was quick. He did what he had to do, cleaned up, and was out the door, and everything was working again."

"It went great! I have used them before for other projects previously. They did a great job and I was very pleased. I have already recommended them to a close friend for a roofing project, and I would highly recommend them to others as well.."

"Our job was supposed to have been a simple remodeling job but that was before they found the black mold in the entire bathroom that was due to a slow leak in a faucet. The job turned out to be a big one, but it was handled very efficiently."
