"The work they did was great! They repaired one toilet and replaced another one. I would recommend them any time!"

"Sanchez Services LLC arrived on time, gave me a good price and did an excellent job of installing a new AOSmith water heater with an expansion tank."

"I spoke with Mark over the phone and told him about the leak i had (symptoms, what i saw, etc) and he determined it may had been a valve that needed a simple tightening..he walked me through fixing it myself over the phone!! It was amazing. So far the leak has stopped, but if it starts again, or if i ever need plumbing service, Rapid Response will be the first call i make! Mark was truely professional, courteous, HONEST, and selfLESS...which is hard to find these days."

"I hired Michael's Plumbing to fix a toilet that was constantly running. After they performed the initial repairs on 02/13/2018 (replacing various parts) the problem persisted. My tenant called them and they returned twice but the problem was not fixed. My tenant and I called at least 5 times and no one called us back until I posted negative reviews. After that, someone called and advised that the toilet is old and can't be repaired and they would replace it with a newer model toilet at no additional cost. They apologized for the failure to communicate this information. The new toilet was installed on 04/28/2018 and so far it is working great."

"Of course this had to happen on Saturday....the P trap collapsed into pieces when I tried to clear the clog. Saw I was over my head and check for plumbers on Angie's List. They were busy but able to take my call and respond that day. James was very thorough in explaining the options available to me and professional in executing the plan."

"They did a great job! My toilet wasn't working and I wasn't sure if I could repair or replace it. They quoted me a few options. I ended up repairing it and saving money. Would definitely work with them again."

"Creekside Plumbing and Drain Cleaning is amazing!! I'm so thankful to have stumbled on this great company and I've been telling everyone who needs a plumbing service to use them. "The service provider , Jeff, arrived to give us a quote. I was not available when he stopped by so when I was ready to have the driveway repaired Jeff arranged to meet me at a time that was convenient to me.  Jeff kept the appointment and arrived on time. He explained exactly how it was to be done and what he and his staff would be doing. We then arranged to have the repairs completed the next day. Once again Jeff and his team arrived on time and went right to work. When I arrived home they were still working and completed the project as we had agreed on.  During my inspection I asked for two additional areas to be repaired as both of us missed them in the beginning of the project. This was understandable as this was a very big job. Without any hesitation on Jeff's part his team repaired the additional areas at no additional charge.
What I also was impressed about was that no money exchanged hands until I was completely satisfied and the job was complete.
This is a company I would absolutely recommend and use again.
