He said that he was nearby and would be by my house in approximately a half hour. He did arrive in that time. I had explained to him what had happened when my A/C stopped working. He thought he knew what the issue was before he even got here. As soon as he arrived he got to work. Long story short, he had our A/C up and running in a half hour, by 1:00 pm, an hour after he called me back. Now that's what I call service. Wonderful cool air is coming out of my vents again and cooling my house back down, couldn't be happier. The tech was very professional and friendly, and obviously knew his job well."
