For this project, we worked with the landscape designer Rick Nohe, who visited us several times to understand what we were looking for and showed us the design in 3D which was very helpful. Brian was the lead on the project - which started on time. The crew was always on site, made great progress and cleaned up daily. Brian provided good explanations to what was going on, kept us informed of any changes or suggestions (to make the project better). We called twice and each time the person who we needed to talk to had just stepped out, calls were  never returned. Called and left a message with the landscape person who took our order, call never returned. E-mailed the company about our problem with no response. Finally wrote a letter to the owner with the same results.
