"All went well. Some issues with the foundation were worse than thought so the work took a little longer but it was definitely needed. Part of an addition had been built without proper foundation as in none. It was hanging in air. They made an extra trip to replace and fix drains that had to be removed. Took extra care to make sure as little damage to carpet as possible. Terrance Blackwell and crew came for the outside work. They were great. I really appreciated Terrance's extra trip to make sure the drains were fixed. Austin Wells and Peter Dang came for basement floor lift and level and I greatly appreciated their extra effort to take care of the carpets even though they had to drill through the floor. The little extras made a big difference. Good people, good work."

The process was very quick and easy. Francisco made sure to ask about colors and finish that we wanted, and listened to all of the details we specified originally (like rounded edges). "The most challenging part of the job for us was removing all of the furniture from the family room as well as taking up the laminate floor prior to Concrete Jack's arrival. Two workers arrived on time, drilled holes in the slab, injected the foam and "lifted" the slab back to level. Before they left they filled the drilled holes with a concrete mixture. I think their part of the job was finished within an hour. Then my wife and I re-installed the laminate floor and put the furniture back in the room. Our part took many more hours than their part for this particular job. Overall very happy with the result."

They had to run tubes in the corner of my guest bedroom. Slocum Contracting came out i hired him to build a closet around those pipes. He hung the sheet rock and installed a coating of joint compound as well. He got the first coat put on and I was amazed that he was able to get that done with the time he had. The rest I can now finish myself and I was very pleased. He was able to understand exactly what I wanted. I communicated with him by phone ahead of time and I was able to get everything that he needed before he came out."
