"Unprofessional visit. Showed up unannounced and we only knew they were there because one person stood 10 feet from our porch staring at us in through our living room window. My wife spent 10 minutes talking to them, they stated they had no business cards, they only had an appointment card but didn't present it. Honestly when you show up at someone's house you need some sort of identifier if your walking door to door in casual clothes. After the uncomfortable dead stare through the windows my wife and i have decided to post a No Solicitors sign. They didn't take no for an answer at first, pushing with more questions to circumvent the no she gave, as well as interrupted our dinner, as they showed up right at 6pm."

"We got a quote very quickly. Asked for 40 petcent down Started the the following week. They were done in 3 days with a 26 x 12 ft deck, 15 feet off the ground. It looks great and we are so happy. We will definitely have them back to do other projects that we need around the house. The crew was very friendly and efficient."

"I am still waiting for the return of my deposit as it has been a week since I put this review on hold after putting in the notice that day 24 June of cancellation by email and next day mail. As I have said before I am a disabled Vet, Senior citizen with health problems. I have copies of the emails that I sent on the days of 06/24/2023 and by next day Mail on the 27th notarized copies of the cancellation. Tried calling but went to voice mail. No work has been done so a rating cannot be done on the work, only the price. This job was way overpriced and never got the chance to compare. The salesman was a good person but I have my family doing it for thousands less."

"Most unprofessional unfinished and unresolved matter. His associates came to give a quote on humidity building between panes of sliding glass door and replacement prehung exterior door. Was informed they would contact their boss to give a quote. Mr James arrived and gave outrageous quote for hanging prehung door. He stated the job be done right then as I told him I just wanted a quote. For sliding glass door he started prying off parts of metal frame and drilling 9 holes in the panel and frame, one going the the seal. I continue to inform him I had to work and if he knew what he was doing of which my wife and I were told "have you considered habitat for humanity." The door is in great shape. All of this was recorded with Home security. He informed he would return the next day. In talk he lied about agreement and rather than completing the sliding glass door he wanted to come out to patch up the holes in the sliding glass door. Will be resolved likely via suit. Treat workers better."

"Virginia Exterior Products did an amazing job on our home. They paid attention to all the architectural details when they installed the vinyl siding, so much so that many neighbors didn't realize it was vinyl siding. They also replaced all the windows and rebuilt the front porch. We have received so many compliments; they truly have exceeded my expectations. Their price was in line, or a little more than other contractors we got quotes from, but I doubt that the other contractors would have done as good a job; they offer a great value, plus they replaced all rotten wood without charging us extra, like the other contractors would have. I highly recommend them. One of the best contracting experiences I've had."

"First the communication was on point, when he was running late he will communicate right away. Maurice arrived and started working on putting shelves in my garage. He is so well mannered and did the job perfectly. I plan to use him again for my next job. Definitely will recommend him. Thanks"

"If you want to hire a contractor that keeps your money (multiple $K) and didn’t get the job done, this is the one to hire. We hires Trent to build the sunroom. After he presented the plan and we placed a deposit of $5000 to get the job started. He had an architect come to our course drawing the blueprint but we requested changes. In the meanwhile, we have engaged Trent for other small scale projects, such as adding a wall or adding rails to our porch. We paid all the projects in full after the projects are done. However, the main project on sunroom hasn’t made any progress for over 8 months. Our request to the change of the drawing hasn’t been addressed in a concrete manner. Understanding that Trent might have busy schedule and we didn’t want to wait for any longer. We kindly requested to cancel the project, refund is $5000-minus the drawing fee. He agreed to refund in his initial text but then unresponsive for our calls and texts. However, he also didn’t move forward with our project. So, essentially we paid $5000, got a semi-finished blueprint and waited for over a year and nothing was done. His argument was this $5000 was baked into the cost of other projects but we have separate quotes for other projects from him and we’ve paid in full. After we have read other review about failing to refund $2000, it seems a consistent pattern. Please address it ASAP before we bring it to the next level!!"
