I had to replace 80+ year old lintels, which support the brick work above the exterior of my home. Many were severely rusted. I did get several estimates. Many were concerned with the expansion and bulging of the brick above the second story lintels. After several estimates, I did go with MAF Contractors Inc. Mr. Luis also noted the difficulties with the second story. But, he was solid in his review and gave one of the best prices. I had 7 lintels replaced including brick and mortar repairs. They even treated it to a wash that made the bricks match the originals. No one else could have done such an excellent job as the mortar color was one that was discontinued 15 years ago.
