We knew exactly what we were getting and what the costs would be if we decided to make changes during the construction. The project included an full bath, large open area for the kids to play in, built in shelves, and a theater room with a custom bar and platform. Communication between Eugene, the owner, and Victor the project manager, was great throughout the project. The project was completed on schedule, which included some last minute changes and even the birth of the painter's first baby. Expectations were presented prior to the project. Details on what would happen and how the project would go. Would not hesitate to use again ERV installed New basement egress. This project did not go as planned, but not at the fault of basement systems. Was originally supposed to get a BILCO door but due to unforseen issues, that was not able to happen. They ended up installing a new staircase from my basement to ground level. Work was first rate and ended up better than a bilco door. Company re landscaped and everything is as it was. The staff was not only respectful of my property, they went out of their way everyday for 3 weeks to minimize dust and the inconvenience that remodeling a basement can bring when your washer and dryer are there and your spare bathroom is being remodeled as a problem arises in the main bathroom. They cleaned up their workspace every night to include mopping the floors and steps so that we could use the main bathroomâ s toilet and sink each night so we did not have to go to the basement in the night. The crew works hard and fast barely taking breaks-there is a clear sign of progress each day. They communicate each day at the start and finish and they make great suggestions and ask questions if something does not jive.
