"I'll start by confessing that I'm a residential contractor myself so I'm somewhat of a discriminating (picky) buyer. "Called him to do work on a property we manage and gave him tenants infomation to contact them and arrange a time.  His employee showed up at our office to do the job and didn;t speak enough english to be able to communicate with me.
We worked through that and got them to the property and they did part of the job and said they needed to order parts.  That was in July in September we were still waiting for the job to be completed.  I had left numerous emails and phone calls but did not hear anything back from them.  When I finally got them out there the job was completed and done well.
