They did most of the renovation in our condo......painting, installation of bathroom cabinets, sink, installed tile floor, etc. They also installed vinyl flooring in our kitchen, living and dining rooms. "After he left the project. The mini split air conditioner that he selected and installed did not work. Upon further research, it was actually low-rated for energy efficiency. I picked a better minister, and he complained about fixing it and threatened to have me repair it, and it took four months to get it replaced. I had to use a space heater for the four months that I waited for the repair. Even though that new mini split was already delivered. We had many arguments, and he used foul language. It was unpleasant working with him and unprofessional to work with."

Demolition of my counters, installation of my sink/faucet, installation of my backsplash, installation of my fireplace tile, spackle/paint and I'm sure I'm missing something. But what's important to mention is the amazing work Memo and his team did. I couldn't be happier with all of it! Abby is a pleasure to work with, she is very responsive and when she said Memo would be there, he always was, there was never any question about what time or when he would be arriving. We were very pleased that when Ryan and Tommy arrived and did a complete inspection over and under our deck they said repair, replace some boards and repaint. They provided a fair quote and time frame and completed the work on schedule. The entire experience has been a good one.
