"Had used another company previously but was looking to change to another company. Found SealPro on this site, and after reading some reviews and checking their site I called and asked a few follow up questions. Satisfied with the answers I retained SealPro. There price was competitive with what I previously paid, but I can't say if the price was high, low or just right since I didn't get other estimates. Had to wait a while for them to schedule me, and that happened only when I called to inquire as to when they might be coming. I was told that due to the amount of rain they were a bit backed up (reasonable answer) and they could actually schedule me in a couple of days. They showed up on time, worked quickly and cleanly, and the driveway looks as good as one could hope for given what sealing does. The few questions I had when they were on site were answered well, and I felt very comfortable with my choice. Just have to manage your expectations because there were a few imperfections and I actually consulted someone I know out of state who explained to me what causes those imperfections, in that sealing is not a resurfacing and imperfections that were there previously sometimes become more noticeable with a fresh application of sealant."

"We've worked with Eddie and General Brick Designs a few times over the years, since purchasing our first house. We bought an old house which we love, flaws and all. One of its biggest flaws is that the foundation was not originally adequately done to support the house and keep water out, and has been deteriorating over time. The first time we hired him we were in a panic, with water seeping up through our basement floor after heavy rains. We had met with 3 or 4 people, he was the only one who was able to correctly diagnose and fix the problem.  We've hired Eddie and his team to make the repairs that we have needed to over time, and recently worked with him to repair a large section. It was a very tricky, big job in a narrow space on the side of our house. His team carefully and surgically hand dug a trench, in the process working around, and supporting, a chimney and two brand new stone landings into our house. He's an excellent problem solver. He told us he stayed up most of the night before crafting the design and solution, and met with us to walk us through a few different options. He knows how to present facts and information, pros and cons, help you make a decision, with a balance. He's clear about the approach and materials he is using. We're curious people and want to know everything. We're already planning a small patio adjacent to the back of the house, and his vision and design is perfect. He did another small patio for us a few years back, and can do both "practical" repair work like a foundation repair, as well as skilled stone work and design. Being both a mason and an engineer gives him a unique perspective on any job and challenge.  His team is consistently a pleasure to have on our property. They had to remove a cement bib, stone border and gravel on the side of the house, and put it back better than it was before. He also fixed a problematic gutter drain and corrected an issue with overflow in heavy rains. We feel very relieved and have deep peace of mind that our house has been properly structurally fortified and is now able to withstand whatever nature and time will do. Lastly, he's just a good human being who enjoys what he does and is generous with his time and expertise, always happy to answer any questions, super responsive."

"I had them to redo my whole roof 1.5 year ago and I found a piece of shingle fell off recently. I contacted the owner and they stood behind their work and promise. He quickly scheduled a follow-up and sent his team to fix it in a short period of time. In these days you can easily find any contractors do the work and work away with your money. However once the job is done, you will never see them again when there are any issues. This will not happen to Hi Tech Contracting as they are professional, responsible and trustworthy. "After interviewing several hardscape contractors to perform a sizeable backyard remodel we went with Bongiornos Contracting. From the first step through each succeeding phase of the project I found both Chuck and C.J to be super knowledgeable and very receptive to all our concerns. They offered valuable insight in choosing the materials, the paver layout and the garden wall height/layout. The team of installers showed up every day promptly and while parking on my block was tight with the pallets of materials and trucks they did their best to minimize the disruption to my neighbors. The paver work, including the inlay and border pavers, was outstanding and exceeded expectations. A few minor hiccups occurred which is normal for a job this size but all were taken care of to my complete satisfaction. "No nonsense landscaper. Will come to your property and give you a quote when he says he will (usually around 24 hours later) and will schedule the job. Not the cheapest but not the most expensive, honest hard working and you won't have to manage the crew. I especially liked that they had all the right equipment for the job. I watched all summer long as my neighbors struggled to  install lawns, using little picks, sometimes as many as 6 men using  their own hands! While, These guys took a matter of hours to clear our whole yard, right equipment, and experienced. In addition they even brought a dumpster to haul away the debris and were sensitive to our brick driveway (they placed it on the street) no risk in possibly breaking the driveway. I would recommend them. <br />"

"Don easily exceeded my expectations. We had given him a challenge of fitting a pond in a certain location without exceeding certain boundaries. Boy did he deliver! Don not only stayed within the area we had, but the final product is far greater than anything I had ever envisioned. "Everything from initial contact to completed job exceeded all my expectations. I was educated about all the specifics of sod lawn replacement during the initial appointment. In the backyard we had removed a large oak tree over the winter. The ground needed leveling and reseeding where the huge stump had been removed. Also the whole backyard was aerated and fertilized. My own research told me that the ground preparation was extremely critical in the success of a new sod lawn. Having watched contractors of all types work at my home over the past 33 years, I can quickly spot whether I need to continually be checking on the work. The crew was meticulous with the ground prep. The completed yard looks incredible, the grass an amazing deep green. All my interactions with the crew, and Mr Madrid were a pleasure. In my opinion, you would be foolish not to have them come to bid on your next job."
