"This was a four day project and Tom worked from 8am to several nights till 8pm. He worked alone and he made sure the site was totally cleaned perfectly before he left. The bedroom windows were installed in one day and he even went above and beyond by re-installing all the shades into the new woodwork. The kitchen window installation turned into a more challenging project than first anticipated. He meticulously installed custom woodworking to conceal several pipes and provided a finished customized look to the newly enlarged opening. In addition, he did a fabulous job removing and re-installing the outside siding. We could not have been more pleased with his skill, professionalism, and outstanding work ethic."

"I must say that I read the reviews and was impressed by them. That was my sole reason for choosing Eastern Glass Block. I spoke with Ron (the owner) who immediately set up a time for someone to come do measurements which was February 25th at 12. That morning Ron called and asked if it could possibly be pushed back til 1:30. That was fine with me. The gentleman was slightly late but it was due to traffic which I completely understand. He told me Ron had fussed at him but he had tried his best to get there on time. He was very nice and had me laughing. I spoke back to Ron after the measurements who gave me the price and stated his guys would be there March 1st. I was very happy with the date because I desperately needed the windows and thought it may take longer. On that morning Ron called to let me know what time the installers (Pedro and Carlos) would be there. They were definitely on time and were very friendly. Once the work was completed, I was asked to make sure it was done the way I wanted it. I was and am very happy and pleased with the look and overall professionalism from Ron and his workers. Peter (Pand P) gave us a practical solution for water drainage and installing the doors, He also provided us concise information on how the work would be completed, the materials required and what exactly we needed to do. I would recommend a visit from Peter for any contruction project because he has so much experience and because of his professional integrity. We interviewed several companies for this project and Peter stood out. It seemed as though several companies were either not suited for the project or they were interested in selling us more services than what we needed. Peter kept the project within a reasonable budget and the quality of work was superior. Pand P will be at the top of our list for future projects."

"The men responded promptly to my husband's call and set a date to install the shower doors, which we had ordered from an out of state company and which had already been delivered. They came promptly - in fact, they adjusted their work schedule to accommodate a doctor's appointment which my husband had to keep. They followed the manufacturer's directions for the installation procedure, made the minor adjustments to the doors which were needed, and installed them perfectly. They worked carefully and efficiently and removed all debris when the job was completed. Payment to this company must be made by check; they do not accept credit cards. We were very pleased, and highly recommend them. We would definitely hire them again."

"<p>Alan and Angie were extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with.  Alan took the time to come to our home very early one morning (outside of his normal business hours) to accommodate my husbands and my busy work schedules.  Alan is extremely knowledgeable about his product and was able to guide us threw what the best choice for our home was.  Angie worked with us to give us a organized and detailed proposal, and was very communicative throughout the entire process from the signing of the contract right through the installation of the windows and beyond.  Alan even showed us his manufacturing facility when we went to their offices to sign our contract.</p> <p>The install was a 2 day process in which the installers placed and wrapped all 17 of the windows in one day.  Not only were they fast and efficient, they were very clean and really nice people.  They returned a second day and framed, installed and wrapped our sliding patio door in 2 hours and were cleaned up and completed.  We were very impressed with the installers work ethic, cleanliness and overall performance in their work.</p> <p>The Window's themselves are amazing.  We went with Triple pain glass as we live on a busy road and the noise reduction and insulation difference is amazing.  The windows look great, function amazingly well and were extremely affordable. "Jeff stopped by to do the appraisal and give me a quote with various options. After selecting one of the options (Sunrise double hung); the windows were manufactured and I had an install date in the beginning of November 2016. The installers arrived on time and Jeff spotted by in the afternoon to help out. They completed the installation of two twin windows and a single in a day. The work areas was cleaned up as well before they left."
