"Nathan the sales person that came to our home was very nice and told us exactly what to expect. The workers that came showed up on time they arrived at 8 am and by 3:15 they were leaving. We had a Taller tub and surround replaced with a walk in shower with a bench and hand rail and we are very pleased with our choice. "Getting a walk in tub is expensive no matter who you use. My experience thus far is with installation only and I must say my install went great. It has been over a month and no issues with my tub so I cannot comment on repair process with American Standard."
