The sales person was competent, but Roncor should have assigned an experienced carpenter to inspect my sagging garage roof and determine the necessary repairs.   <br /> Roncor has a good reputation and perhaps would have done good work, but their high price and lack of direct carpenter involvement in the bid process caused me to choose another contractor. <br />"
