Exactly what I was looking for - wanted to know if it was a quick fix that could keep our 10 year old dishwasher going a little longer or if it was something bigger where we might just replace it. Chris walked me through testing and told me where problem most likely was without having to pull dishwasher out. "Ben was an extremely efficient and knowledgeable young man who repaired our dryer. It was not heating up. He installed a new heating part and updated a couple of other things. This dryer is working like it is brand new!! I would hire him for any other appliance repair or installation of a new appliance. He is also very friendly and explains what he is doing!"
