"I had a fantastic experience with Rodney, the HVAC expert! He skillfully repaired all three mini split units in my home. Not only did he promptly identify the issues, but his proficiency in fixing them was impressive. Rodney's professionalism and friendly demeanor made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I'm extremely satisfied with his work, and I highly recommend him for any HVAC needs."

"As has been said in many of the reviews I've seen for New England Tank Service, Paul McGowan was prompt, reliable and professional. He arrived when he said he would and the job was done in less than 2 hours. Although he was training new help, the job went smoothly. You could tell Paul has been at this for many years as he offered several tips and tricks to his 2 assistants for various tasks. I highly recommend New England Tank Services."

"It went great. The Markarian team showed up on time, worked very hard, and got the job done just as I asked. They took care of my stuff, covered surfaces, patched the holes they made, and didn't leave me out of the loop on any question or decision. My living room sounds great!"

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"The service was awesome and they were great."

"I needed 2 dryer vents cleaned - one on the 2nd floor and a vent cap replaced (also on the 2nd floor). All the companies I initially contacted would not do the job for a variety of reason. Superior did all the work I needed plus replaced the dryer hose on one unit (which we had not discussed). Additionally, I had purchased a vent cap but it did not fit. Superior had one on the truck which did fit and they got the job done! Excellent service!"

"Hired to upgrade our condo electric system. Three people came to work on our system on a Friday. They worked all day, was rushing by the end of the day. Didn't want to answer any of our questions. Next day we found out that our hot water is not working, some how they didn't connect the hot water during the upgrade. We called them on Monday, they were pretty rude, didn't come to connect the hot water tank till Tuesday and gave us 4 hour window. We will not hirer them again."

"Excellent service from beginning to end. I first called to request the service, I could not speak with any members, but they promptly returned my call, understood the request and made an appointment. The day of service, the technician arrived on time and explained the work to be done and eventually his findings. He was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. He also gave us tips on how to better maintain the system for improved performance. Overall, excellent service. We highly recommend then and we will definitely use them again"

"Installation completed onetime. Technicians were very knowledgeable and took time to answer my questions. Gave clear instructions on how the combi boiler works and what the valves were for. Left the area very clean and removed all trash or old parts. I am very happy with the professionalism and the communications with this crew. Thanks!!"

"They came out the same day for service and he was friendly, very professional and took care of the problem."
