"Western Rooter to the rescue again! I had a small underground leak which appeared to be due to a bad sprinkler valve. A sprinkler repair company determined that it was not a bad sprinkler valve and thought it was due to a leak in the main water line. Daniel and Alex dug down to find that the leak was coming from a very old (at least 36 years) broken pvc line. After much testing and head scratching to try to figure out where the water was coming from, they decided to "chase the pipe." After much digging, they found that the very old broken pvc pipe was hooked up to a sprinkler valve that was buried 18 inches underground that had not been capped--only turned off. Roots from a nearby tree had opened the valve which caused the leak--crazy! The current sprinkler system has been the same one since we moved into the house in 1988. It took 36 years for the underground leak to occur!"

"I am one that usually does not write reviews,here I go. The technician they sent Paul Muro was on time both days he was here. Paul went over each job I had walked him through and he explained what parts he would be using and how he was going to do the work. I needed 2 showers repaired, 1 with a new fixture and one rebuild work. I had a faucet in the garage that needed replacing. I also had a inch and a quarter copper pipe leak on my pool, underground. One final job was to repair the outside hose bib. Paul did most if not all of the work done. He would have a helper, but this person would be called to another job, this happen twice during the two days of work. Ok I'm done writing my review, I know that it is long, but I could go on and I still couldn't say enough on how good Paul was on my home. Thank you, the only thing that got below A 5 rating was how much money it was costing. Have a good day."

"Jose, the owner returned my call a few minutes after I had contacted him said he would be out within 30 to minutes to an hour. He was there within that 32 minutes looked at the problem involving a gas leak. It was not an easy problem to try to solve its original work had been done eons ago he said he could do it, and had to buy a few more parts to finish. He did the job gave me an outstanding estimate, and I was extremely pleased with the work that he and his assistant Frank did highly highly highly recommend. I worked in retail over 25 years. Taught marketing for 10 years at community college and will always share positive experiences . Jose not only made my day he made my week. I can now look forward to having the gas company turn the gas back on for my house"

When the gas company came to reconnect the gas they "red tagged" the water heater for faulty installation and told us we would have to have a plumber correct the problem before it could be reconnected. A representative from McLay Plumbing came to correct the installation of the water heater. He was on time, professional and completed the job quickly.

"Robert went above and beyond installing our water heater. Robert tied the cooper cold and hot water pipes to a 2 x 4 so they won't rattle and when water begins to flow. He put installation around the hot water pipe which will make it more efficient in the winter. Robert also took the time to explain the various features of the Bradford White Water Heater. Overall, Robert takes his time to make sure that the install is done all up to code."

"The Gas company detected a gas leak and I really needed a good plumber fast - I didn’t know you needed a plumber to find and fix gas leaks in your house. I contacted several but Motion was the most reasonable and they explained exactly the process so I understood what was happening. They were prompt in fixing the problem the next day and very easy to communicate with with. They offered a great warranty and took the time to walk me through the work they performed.
