"Wes came out to look at a water heater issue my mom was having. He took the time to explain what the issue was, offered options, and ultimately replaced the water heater and some of the old piping around it that needed it. Never had a problem since. After that, we also hired Wes for other pipe replacement in the garage and in the laundry area. Again, haven’t had an issue since. He is a professional and I appreciate trusting that the job is done right and not being gauged for it. I would absolutely recommend Rapid Rescue Rooter & Plumbing."

"My water main went out on Christmas Eve leaving me without water, Wes offered to come out on Christmas day to make the repairs. I told him we could wait until the next day, he arrived on time, dug up my very rocky soil to get to the water main and made the repairs. The customer service was great and he explained everything to me every step of the way. The cost was also reasonable. I have asked that he return to make an additional repair later this week. He definitely has a repeat customer."
