He explained everything to us in layman's terms, walked us around to show us exactly what was going on in our attic with the calcium deposits, and what would be done differently to prevent that in the future. He was far from a "used car salesman" which is uncommon to find in this field which was highly appreciated. He never used any uncomfortable, high pressure sales tactics, and made us comfortable we were making a sound decision. The material delivery process was seamless as well, with the driver more than willing to explain to us exactly what they were doing and why. Alexis' roofing crew showed up right on time; they were proficient and completed the job in a timely fashion. Eddie's gutter crew was just as professional, getting the entire removal and installation done in about 3 hours time. They notified us when they arrived and before they left. Both the roof and gutters look amazing now, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone."

"Vince called me back within hours of my sending him a message through Angie's List.  Even though he does not list Montgomery County as one of his service areas, he was completely willing to help us out.  In my message, I had requested the work to be done onsite but Vince explained why having him pick up the generator and take it back to his shop to work on it would make more sense.  His charge for pick-up and delivery back to us was only $34.95.
When Vince came to pick up the generator, he was on time and was able to give me a ballpark cost for the work (which turned out to be very accurate).  He said that he could get it back to us in 3-4 days but I asked if he could do it faster as there was a snow storm predicted for the next day or so.  Vince agreed to a shorter time line and ultimately got the generator back to us within 1 day!  There ended up being no snow storm but we got our generator back in working condition - along with a booklet of care instructions, a copy of our invoice, and a service history form.  A few days later we received a hand-written Thank You card in appreciation of our business.  I can't imagine how the service could have been any better.  We will use Vince for any future small engine repairs/maintenance we have and highly recommend him and his services.

"I was impressed with the promptness of the response to my assessment package bought from angies list and also surprised that no acual shingle or replacement work on the roof was recommended despite past leaks in the flat roof which was repaired==I was not. I was not aware the rear gutter was separating from the roof and the wood behind it was rotting.  i will probably replace the gutter as soon as I can get a second estimate.  McKay's estimate was $1500 to obtain a guttter that does not require periodic cleaning and $3200 to do all the gutters at the same time.
