"First class and 5 star service from their Office manager Beth to their technician Derrick Goad. Technician Derrick was Professional and very knowledgeable of my furnace that he was working on. Derrick double checked everything and update me on his progress before replacing any parts. I have had other HVAC system providers over the years who just replace parts to try and repair but ended up replacing more parts that was not needed to resolve issue. That was not the case with Derrick. Thank you Derrick and Miller Heat and Air. "Excellent experience from start to finish. Bill Walked me through picking out Best system and finance options. Installers went way above and beyond in Hot attic. Job site manage stopped by house later that night to make sure everything went well. That evening Owner Kinty Jones messaged me to make sure System was up and working and if anything else he could help with. You Can Not get better Customer Service than that. Just a Great Arkansas Family Owned Business!!!! Would give 6 starts if I could and would highly recommend for service or new system"

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."
