"My a/c went out on a Monday discovery after coming home from work. I went searching for someone and found Marks Heating and Air. Hopeful to leave a voicemail at 9:15 at night, Mark answered the phone! I told him about what had happened and what I was told it might be and over the phone he was courteous and helpful and said he could be there 9:30 the next morning. I came back home at 9:20 and found Marks Heating and Air at my house. My neighbor told me he had been there since 9am (tell me where you can get on time service these days!) Mark immediately introduced himself and began telling me about what he had discovered. As suspected a bearing went out on my fan. Mark went the distance - he delivered above and beyond customer service, explained things I can do going forward to help maximize my A/C unit. He did a full service, Freon charge, fan replacement, cleaned the unit, and was a great price compared to others I had dealt with before. I will tell everyone about Mark's Heating and Air and for a change, I will look forward to seeing Mark pull into my driveway for my heater and A/C needs.
