"Winston responded quickly to my purchase of online deals and came out within 2 days to do the repairs.  Called before arriving, which was appreciated.  Replaced the two outside faucets and then fixed the kitchen water feed line valve as well - he didn't know about my request to fix this until he arrived, but he said it was no problem and fixed it for me.  He and his assistant were both very pleasant and efficient and I enjoyed having them do the work.

A member of their crew arrived yesterday and did this; apparently they've ended up correcting other work done by Exterior Solutions and they only wanted the good will rating for the work. "This was a big deal purchase. I was not happy with that deal at all. I think that the advertising on this is extremely misleading. It's suppose to be a $39.00 service call and $39.00 off. As it turns out, he says, and this is certainly not clear in your advertising that it is $39.00 for a service call and $39.00 for a return visit. Based on his prices, there will never be a return visit. I mean, if I'm getting a $39.00 service call, and it's a relatively simple job, I wouldn't expect to cost me almost $200.00 more for him to do what he did. His prices are crazy. It turned out not to be a good deal. If a service call is $39.00 and someone is there for an hour, or less than an hour, probably close to thirty minutes. How much would you expect that to cost you? The service call is already paid for as part of the deal. I just think his prices are crazy. I don't remember what the total was, it was around $200.00.  It ended up costing around $200.00, I had to argue with him on that. He wanted to charge me another $75.00 for installing one little piece of pipe. It was really kind of an optional we might as well change this while we're at it. I'm not trying to be cheap in any way, shape or form but, I think his prices would have been high if I had not paid for the big deal. So, the big deal turns out to be nothing. Signup and basically get nothing. I don't have any problem with the quality of service but, his price is what's crazy. No other real comments other than that. My interaction was fine. The work that was done was fine. There was nothing exceptional, nothing that was poor. Nothing beyond what you would expect from an ordinary situation."

I was selling my home and he was able to paint the interior, remodel and clean most of the upstairs apartment and took care of many other items i needed. The work was finished to my expectations at a more than fair price. Hard working and reliable I would for sure hire again and recommend."

"It went fantastically well, It did not take him long to find the problem and then solve it. He came in and look under the sink. Went under the house found the pipe shook it and said here is the problem. Hr removed a section of the pipe and found the stoppage removed it , repaired pipe and sink workes like new. Very knowledgeable and professional."

"It went very smoothly. Mr. Mullholland was very helpful and the serviceman was capable and tidy. We weren't asked about what kind of replacement faucet we wanted and the one they installed is kind of odd in the way it works. Whenever we have guests they usually don't know how to operate the shower. So that was a disappointment, but not huge. We also felt the hourly rate was pretty high, but didn't have time to shop around to compare the going rates. All in all, quality service, happy to support a good, solid, local business.
