"Yesterday was the completion of our window installation with the Nirvana windows from Zen Windows, We are absolutely thrilled with the Zen windows quality and are so happy with the meticulous installation by your two installers Roland and Everett. "Amazing system! Did a lot of research on alarm systems....so glad I went with 1st security! They came to my house and explained everything to me, were not pushy at all. Came and installed the system a few days later....took the time to explain everything to me and did an amazing job with the installation. Bob and his team worked very efficiently and professionally. And were always friendly and gave me great  instructions and information during and after the semi remodel.   The start of the project began with the electrician who installed the new vent/light for the shower and also corrected the electricity for an outlet(that was extra), Bob and his team then came in to do the tear out of the water damaged walls surrounding the tub down to the studs. The plumber was then scheduled to install the new anti scald plumbing after which the crew was back to refinish the tub from pink to white and then install new insulation, waterproof drywall and the new tub surround. I did purchase a new vanity and lighting for the bathroom which Bob picked up the vanity for me from Lowe's.  The last detail was his tile crew did a great job refitting the bathroom tile to meet the new tub surround.  My home was never left a mess, everyday they cleaned up after themselves and were usually always on time. This all took approximately 5 days. I am very happy with the results.

"Zach came by personally to do the walk through and understand the scope. I had two second story gutters that were poorly installed during cionstruction and were ravaged form a couple bad winters with ice dams. THe work included removng the gutters and flashing, inspecting & resecuring the facia boards, and taking two courses of shingles off of the roof edge to install a proper drip lip for drainage.

The original bid was $1125, but during the scheduling call I asked Zach to add the replacement of a 30' gutter section to the bid, so he adjusted the contract on the fly.

All the work was done in one day, the work space was clean, and the job looks great. I would recommend Zach and his crew to anyone needing various home repair options.

"They did an excellent job and did it quickly. The contractors came at 8:00 A.M. and put in three new doors (one inside and two outside). All of the work was 1:30 which included two new locks on the inside door. They were pleasant and cleaned up after themselves. I will have them do all of my exterior work and call them again and again."

"Mike and Jim were wonderful. Mike handled the interior project and Jim handled the exterior project. Very easy to work with. We had issues with the contract initially and getting the project moving because there was a change in Project management. But Jim the Owner was very generous to make things right once he took over the project. Schedule was done consistently to completion and we had a few cracked tiles after completion and they quickly came back to correct them. No issues now 1 year later. We love all they did. Quality is very good. I would recommend them to anyone now that Jim took over the project management. We purchased the door and tile ourselves so this is not in the cost of service."
