Get matched with top water heater installers and replacers in Glenshaw, PA

"Quick to respond and schedule a visit. The technician was great, talked me through the issue, and with a 14-yr old water heater encouraged us for a full replacement instead of a repair of the pilot mechanism. Talked through the financing options, but in the end the full replacement (~$2400) was not in my budget."

"Outstanding service and installation. Nick was very thorough with respect to sales. Dan and Ryan were phenomenal with installation. All were knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I’m very pleased with Wahl."

"I needed a part replaced on my water heater due to some leaking. Rob came out quickly and was able to fix the issue within 30 minutes. He was incredibly knowledgeable and gave me a breakdown of how the parts work which was nice to know. Pricing is very reasonable and aligns well with other competitors. I will be using RJS for future servicing needs moving forward."

The problem with most "pros"? Too many bad habits. \nIt's easy to get swept away in the day to day monotony, even for those that call themselves "pros". When it comes to hiring a heating and cooling technician, nobody wants to deal with being treated like a sale rather than a person, the use of scare tactics instead of education, or someone who just wants to get to job done quickly instead of correctly. \nAll our HVAC pros go through 5 years of HVAC schooling, for a total of 10,000 hours of on-the-job training. And it's not just technical training either; it's training that focuses on you, on making you feel comfortable every step of the way. We will roll out the red carpet for you, both figuratively and literally. \nRed Carpet Treatment \nDuring every visit to a home, we lay out an actual red carpet to prevent any additional mess. But what may be even more important than just protecting your home is making sure you feel like you've received the best in customer service.

"Excellent service and water heater. Very satisfied!"

"I give Benjamin Frankin Plumber 5 Stars and have used them multiple times at my mother's house. They are reliable, on time and do good plumbing work. They are my preferred plumber and will continue to use them in the future ifbI have any plumbing issues. Scheduling is easy and I have had yo change my appointment on one or two occasions and they are flexible and understanding. Great experience every time. Lucas and Sam replaced two toilets last week and averted a potential water leak that could have been a huge problem with the water line to the outside spiket. They replaced a rotted gauge value."

"He was very professional, on time, they cleaned up, and did a great job."

"I was unsure about what I wanted for my home when I had contacted Kaleb. Kaleb spent time explaining to me about each option I had, each price and how the project would be completed. He was very polite, had great knowledge and really listened to me when I spoke and had questions. I would recommend them again and again!"

"Very professional service and reasonably priced water system installed in my house. Installed a whole home filtration system to privide continous purified water through the home. Highly recommend!"

"Although I hired the plumber to install the hot water heater I was not present during the installation. My brother in law was present and thought they did a professional job."
