"All I can say is Gary and his team from Brickhaas has done it again. Had a problem with my A/C unit. Called several companies. Brickhaas gave me an appointment for Tuesday 7/16. Another company showed up on Monday 7/15. They diagnosed problem as bad capacitor. After replacing capacitor technician told me my compressor was blown and I needed a new A/C unit. Brickhaas showed up less than 1 hour after technician left and replaced capacitor and now I have central air again. Excellent company! Recommending them to others. "Due in the morning, I got a call at 12.40 saying they'd be here in an hour. He arrived at 2. Once here, he was professional, friendly and helpful. He repaired our toilet but said that in the long-term - maybe a year or two - we'd have to replace it and gave me all the details of options. A few weeks before Christmas, the last thing I want to be doing is shelling out just short of a grand. And he said it wasn't needed. I have subsequently had 2 calls from them asking me to call if I want to discuss the replacement. I don't want to discuss it; the first call was fair enough, the second was nagging."
