"Frank went to the home I was buying, in another state, and got all the measurements he needed. He then came to the home I was selling to give me a personal shopping experience and a quote. The quote was reasonable and we hired them, Once we closed our on home, Quality Flooring came in installed new Vinyl flooring and carpet. They installed everything before the movers delivered our furniture. They did a great job! "I had the carpeting replaced in one of the bedrooms. Expo sent me sample photos of carpets by email so I could choose a carpet over the phone. Dina, the salesperson, was very helpful. The installer was terrific. He got there right on time and took out the old carpeting and hauled it away and then installed the new carpet in two hours.It looks beautiful. I'm really pleased with the service I got. I have used Expo several times before and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone."

"Installers did not come on time, two hours late. Then they had to validate that we paid Empire, which took an hour. The estimate of work was totally wrong, we were supposed to get a floating floor but the installers said they could not do that So they instead did a complete teardown of the existing floor and removed all the old tiles. The quarter round was included in the price of the materials but was never installed because we did not get a raised (floating) floor. So I think I was overcharged for the materials which were not used. I spoke to a number of persons at Empire about such issues without any resolution to my satisfaction. Besides all the problems encountered we do like the floor and it nice looking."

"Quinlan Construction repaired my mom's step and installed a handrail. I was very pleased by the initial customer service that the owner provided. He was polite, respectful, punctual and expressed concern about my elderly mother. He also seemed knowledgeable about the repair work that we needed on the steps and in other areas of the home. He quoted a price that I thought was a little high, but my mom used the company because of the customer service aspect. The workers were professional and punctual and they did a good job of making the repairs. They consulted my mom to explain what they were doing and asked her about her preference about the design and height of the handrail. They made a few cracks to the plaster on the wall when they installed the handrail. No big deal, but I think they could have patched them. My biggest problem was the lack of customer service after the repairs were made. The workers said that we would receive a receipt after the check cleared. The check was cashed the same day and I have called, texted, and emailed the owner to request a copy of my mom's receipt. The repairs were done on April 25, 2017 and I have not gotten a response. Also Quinlan was going to provide an estimate to do other major repairs and that has not been provided. All in all, I'm glad that Quinlan did the repairs, but I'm frustrated, disappointed and perplexed by the lack of follow-up. My mom has a lack of trust about workers because they often don't do what they say that they are going to do, and now we have to search for another construction company to do the other repairs."

"The craftsmanship is excellent. The time it took to finish the project exceeded expectations. The budget was also greatly exceeded. If possible, monitor and try to control the communications with the building inspector as they could inadvertantly steer you in the wrong direction. The primary reason for the negatives is that Roman had no experience with the product and the product creates many challenges for the carpenter/installer. Those negatives aside, the work outcome as I first stated is excellent. Roman is a stickler for measuring and doing things right all while learning the product on the job. The deck is beautiful."
