"After paying Vince $925 we still have the same refrigerator issues. He replaced two fans and the ice maker. We still have the random shrill noise from the refrigerator which the replacement fans was supposed to fix. Vince installed the new ice maker and it never worked. As of today he has not responded to the BBB or the MA Attorney General's office and he has not offered any refund, even for the "new" parts that never worked, and he did not keep the last appoinment we made with him."

Got their digital secretary, said a man named John would call, within 15 mins he called, told me to call the office at 7:30, I was waiting until 7:45 (have to give people time to get their coffee and set up their space) Susan called at 7:30. Made an appointment, they would be at my house between 10 am and 12 am. just before 10 am I get a text John is in the hood, 5 mins later John is at the door. Took him and his guy 1 hr to replace my heater. Great Friendly service."

"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"

"Started off feeling positive. Ended feeling RIPPED OFF. I hired these guys again because the field technicians are great guys and they do quality work. They've helped me out of a bind in the past. Communication from the front office was frustratingly slow - dragging the project out for weeks. They gave me a quote, which I agreed to not knowing anything about plumbing or radiators. During the process I did some research about how much the radiators cost, plus spoke with other local plumbers about what a job like this should cost in labor. I estimate if was overcharged by several hundred dollars. I did sign the initial agreement however, so I paid my final bill. The work was done well in the end, but I'll never hire them again. Lesson learned - do your homework!"
