"Their technician was professional, yet friendly and on-time for the scheduled appointment. The problem was identified and whatever repairs that could be performed were done so in a fast and thorough manner. He offered advice and, based on our questions, offered recommendations. We will keep their information and definitely use them again if we need an appliance or laundry repairman again."

"Exceptional service. 2 rare appliance issues (previous discontinued oven control module [refurbished/fixed last year] and broken cooktop). Had unexpected issue with cooktop repair...David quickly took care of us and had another cooktop delivered within days. Extremely knowledgeable and takes care of customers! Highly recommend!"

"Great experience. Harmond W diagnosed the issue within the first 10 minutes of our interactive video session. He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. I just ordered the part, and will plan to complete the oven repair when it arrives in a week or so. I'll definitely plan to use this Neli service again when needed."

"Prompt professional service. Corey went above and beyond to ensure that the job was completed correctly. He also pointed out two additional issues - one of which involved a previous service (completed by another company) that had not been effectively completed. I will definitely use Summit AR in the future!"

"After receiving the recommendation from Home Adviser and was contacted by Craig from American Appliance i explained to him my problem getting my Daughters oven repaired by another company that responded, charged her for a service call, and told her he would contact her when her part is received, needless to say he never called back. When I talked to Craig I explained to him our problem and what the other company had found to be the potential problem. I gave Craig the manufacture and model number of the range and he researched the part and called me back that it could be the problem, but instead of coming out to Va. Beach and charging a service call he would order the part and when it comes in make an appointment. When the part was received Craig made the appointment and showed up on time, explained that he wanted to diagnosis the oven to make sure the relay board was indeed the problem because if he installed it and it was not the problem he cannot return it. Craig and Mike replaced the defective board and fixed the oven. Thanks and will use American Appliance again if I ever need any of my appliances repaired."

"I thought they were professional and nice, but they tried to repair my same appliance three times and it still didn't work. They were telling me one thing, but were telling my home warranty company something different. When I requested all three of us get on the phone to clarify the misunderstanding, Repair Tech Plus declined. As a result, I have to schedule another company to come out and start all over again with the assessment. This should have already been closed out so I could order a new appliance."

"Excellent workmanship, very professional. helpful, and thorough!   The elcectrician took the time to examine everything and suggested corrections.  I have used Bakers over the past 10 years for electrical, plumbing, and HVAC services...they have provided excellent service in all categories and I can highly recommend them for home repair support!

"I didn't have the opportunity to have my appliance repaired with this company because I was advised by the tech Craig that it would not be worth the money. My appliance is a an older model and it's just best to purchase a new one. However, the customer service was good, the tech was on time and courteous."

"Servicemen arrived on time and quickly investigated and solved the problem. Since 2002 , when I moved into this house, I have used Hodges & Bryant for all my heating, air conditioning and plumbing needs resulting in excellent service solving my problems with in very reasonable prices each time."

"Went well. Technicians need to be trained to perform safety procedures for appliances maintenance checks. Making sure appliances being worked on are properly functioning and safe to use for customer. The customer should not be telling or begging technicians to perform safety checks on appliances. More training is needed please. Thank you for your service."
