"We were very pleased overall with Temp-Rite.  They installed a single-zone Mitsubishi cooling system in top floor bedroom with high ceilings where the central AC unit was ineffective.  The condenser unit was mounted to the chimney.  Temp-Rite met us on a Saturday which was very convenient for us.  The technician called to confirm the appointment; he was punctual and knowledgeable enough so that he could discuss several different BTU and installation options and provide a price during that same appointment.  Scheduling the installation was straightforward and the installation was professionally done.  The unit works very well and really cools the whole top floor even though it was intended for just the one bedroom.

"I had a coupon and when they came they said they don't clean the coils. I found out other companies did and they wanted to change me extra once I had them in the door. The coupon wasn't clear on what it covered. I wasn't going to hire another company to clean coils and they were going to charge a fortune. 

They did come one time and checked the system. They said it was fine and that was about it. I didn't like the fact that they tried to charge me extra."
