"Great customer service and very professional. The down side are a few areas; technician asked hecf a screwdriver to open the dump pump panel. I would presume thus is something that t you would come into the home with rather than going go back to your truck for. I was told the primary sump pump was not working and we needed to replace. Price initially quoted was a bit high. After some minor negotiations we got thus down to a manageable number. I was told during the initial induction that hand horsepower would work best. Technician comes back with a third horsepower. After some questions as to why the switch I was told this is what he had in his truck. After this comment I was done. Credibility went out the door. Waste of time."
