Had Wayne explain the intricacies of the job in layman's terms when he gave estimates. They are great in what they do, William, Deonte and Stephen did the job. I will be using them again."

"The tub got a little beat up during install which was just as much my fault for picking such a large tub for a tight space as it was theirs, it was more or less expected. But the two things during the install that was in their control was screwing the tub into the wall, which they damaged the acrylic on the tub because they didn't pre-drill the holes, just forced the screws through the acrylic. The second thing was the shower plumbing. The pipe going from the valve to the shower head was bent and they put plyers directly on the shower head pipe which left teeth marks that won't be covered with the trim kit. The bent pipe and damaged acrylic on the tub will be covered once the bathroom is finished but either way the damage was preventable."
