Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. Recommended motor replacement; motor still under warranty. Thorough and friendly service. Would've followed through, but home warranty company made it difficult to go outside their established network. Will call on these guys when needed and home warranty company not involved."
