"It was great! I called on Thursday thinking I would need to wait a couple weeks but he had time on Monday morning. I mentioned I have to work and he said "no problem, I can be there at 7AM!" He was there right on time and immediately set to work. "They came in and check, they recommended to replace the tubes, so they installed a new cap & chimney lining, chimney, the whole chimney unit was replaced, then they came a year after to check on the chimney that they did and replace. Good job, good helpers, the work was fine."

"He took pictures of both pipes and showed us the cracking around the base of the pipe. It was nice to see it on his phone. The previous person who supposedly fixed it did not do it correctly.
