"Joyce Cooling and Heating installed a new high-efficiency Lennox furnace and air conditioner. The installation looks great and was professionally completed. The furnace is working fantastic and is so quiet we can't even hear it running. We are warm and comfortable all the time and the new high-efficiency design should save us money for many years to come. The technicians answered all of my numerous questions."

"Always happy with the service. I recently had my thermostat upgraded by Jason S. In service, and couldn’t be more happier with his expertise, and dedication!"

"Very well. I felt Craig was very professional and very knowledgeable. I think the previous company did me a favor when I was told they couldn’t service my boiler any longer"

"Christian was very knowledgeable about our water heater and explained everything as he went along testing different issues that might be causing the problem. He was professional and gave me several helpful tips on upkeep of my Rinnai that 2 other companies that had serviced the unit over the years had not bothered to mention. i absolutely would recommend Walley to anyone needing HVAC work."

"they helped above and beyond the paid service"

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Peterson plumbing arranged to come on a Saturday. Good communication for the expected time of arrival. They came on time, they unclogged the drain, they cleaned up, and they left.
I was overall impressed with the level of service and the extras included in the Angies list special- price-  they needed to cut a pipe to get access around some tight bends for unclogging the drain. They repaired the pipe afterwards and the drain works great. They also gave valuable input on plumbing needs for the future projects.
I highly recommend Peterson plumbing and will try them for other plumbing needs.

"We contacted Stephen (who replied almost immediately to my voice mail) about removing several appliances (washer, dryer, fridge, computer monitor) as well as a couple of old doors and some concrete blocks. We had a tight time frame, because we were getting some new appliances the following week, but we wanted to be without the fridge for as little time as possible.  Stephen came out the same evening to give us a quote.  He was very nice to work with.  We were originally going to have the fridge brought downstairs to our laundry room to be a second fridge, and Stephen was willing to move it for us.  But he noticed that the doorway to the laundry room seemed small, and when we checked we found he was right - the fridge would not have fit!  So we asked him to just take it away.  We made an appointment for the following Tuesday afternoon at 1:00.  I had to change the time at the last minute due to another contractor (who was supposed to cap off the gas connection to the dryer) not showing up, but Stephen was completely flexible - he said he would come out the next morning.  He showed up exactly when he said he would, and it took him very little time to get everything on his truck.  He was quick, and left no mess.  We were very happy, and would gladly use him again."

"Aside from the price of service it went well.  They were relatively on time and seemed to know what they were doing.  During the phone call I was told it would probably cost me around 100 dollars.  During the service they replaced a small part for the cost of $228 in addition to an $89 dollar diagnostic fee.  They said it was an expensive part.  I looked online and I could not see where that price was justified.  I found multiple equivalents for under thirty dollars.  So, $327 to replace a part that sells for less than thirty dollars and less than twenty minutes on the job site.  Now, I know they had to travel but I can not feel good about that overall cost given the degree of difficulty."

"Great Service! Called back immediately. Prompt arrival. Friendly people with thorough, informative, knowledgeable explanations. Replaced furnace with reasonable price and stayed on quote despite some unexpected issues."
