"Put in for the quote and got a response fast. We negotiated over the phone they are flexible. They were there the next day doing power wash. They also won't take money until you're satisfied. The paint job is great and they will come back and fix anything you can find afterwards. House was painted 3 days after contacting them. NOTE: All I would say if there are cracks or repairs you want fixed before they paint walk outside and mark them with something so they can see them otherwise they possibly won't be touched."

"Beyond HAPPY! Our home in Gilbert AZ was leaking after a few big rain storms. I was driving through our neighborhood and noticed True Built was replacing our neighbors roof so I reached out to the company. Why I Hired True Built? LICENSED, BONDED, INSURED : They are licensed, bonded, and insured. The first thing I do before hiring any contractor is verify the contractor is licensed and insured through the AZ ROC. PRICE: I had 4 different roofing contractors come out to our home to inspect and give us quotes. They were all scattered, didn't want to give quotes for 3 days, quotes were super high, and poor presentation. When I called Weston at True Built, he moved his schedule around to come out, inspect, and give me a quote. He gave me a quote within an hour or less.
