It took about a year to deal with the county and Ken and his crew were more than helpful during this process. They were as much vested in this project as I was and helped me navigate and were part of all the tedious hearings and paperwork that the county threw at meâ to get a variance and add onto an existing detached garage. If I ever had a question about something Ken was very quick to respond and was very direct and honest in the whole process. Once the county issued a permit they started immediately and I had a large garage built in about a month. I was more than pleased with his building timeline, price, and quality of the build. All of the delays were due to the county not because of Affordable Garages. Affordable garages have to be one of the best if not the best contractor for garages in the state! I would highly recommend them to anyone that is looking."

They handled everything from estimating to working with my HOA and insurance company so I didn't have to deal with that headache. Everyone I have dealt with from Trio was friendly and they informed me of every step.
