He even met with us after installation to explain the almost incomprehensible PG&E bill. "Our appointment times was set. 2 hour window. In the middle of that time they called to say the would be late or need to postpone. The communication was nice, but it would have been better to keep the scheduled appointment time. In the end the tech needed to go back to his shop twice for parts. A job which should have been completed about 10am dragged on until 5pm. In the end the work was good and their communication was good, but I think I paid some of his time driving back and forth which should not have been my problem."
