"The insulation went great. The technicians worked hard very friendly and knew what they were doing. The only issue is the company told me I had to ment the inspector . I said what? I’ve been a contractor for years in Florida and myself or manager ment with the inspector I have never put that on the person I sold my services to. Why would this ever be told to do from a company that I paid to do the job? It’s too bad it left a bad taste in my mouth. That will make me think twice before hiring another contractor and ask more questions. This is wrong as I would never tell a client to sit and wait for the inspector. It’s the companies responsibility! Not a good end to the work at all."

"Okay, this will be one of the easiest reviews to write. Short version, upstairs A/C went out with some kind of electrical error which I?ve had for years whenever I experience a pwr surge. Most times I can reset the breaker and it magically fixes itself. Sadly, not this time. Mid-day, summer and it?s bad. Fortunately, I?m have a service plan with 5 flags whereby whenever something goes wrong with my system, it sends a report to 5 Flags. I checked my voicemail and had a call from Chris (the owner) asking if all is well, checked with my daughter who said A/C was out. Called Chris back and within an hr, Lucas is at the door. Just to quickly touch on this point, summertime and Friday, Lucas arrived inside of an hr and within 20 minutes found the problem, fixed it and tested the unit. He showed me the poor contact between wires which has likely existed for years. Massive headache gone. All credit to Lucas for finding and solving the problem."

"Once I posted the project on Home Advisor, this company promptly replied with a desire to bid on the job. Also, when I called them, an actual person answered the phone - and she was friendly, and seemed very excited to be able to help me. She answered all my questions and even acknowledged that, if I was to find someone else to come sooner, it would be fine to cancel my appointment. She guaranteed a technician would be here between 4-8PM. The technician called to say he was on his way and arrived at 5:30pm. He promptly diagnosed the problem, replaced the part that was faulty, and warned us of any potential issue we might encounter in the near future, after he assessed our unit age and condition. He made some recommendations, but was NOT pushy trying to sell us additional parts or service. I can certainly appreciate and recommend this company."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."
