It was a Saturday and we were leaving in 3 days. Jonathan (the company owner) said he would come right over and access the situation. as it turned out the wiring got so hot it burned off one of the wires in the outlet. Jonathan was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. If he had he not fixed the problem, it is possible we could have had a significant electrical fire caused by the sloppy work of the builder( they exposed insulation on all of the wires in the outlet during the original installation) I highly recommend this company."
