My situation got a little complicated due to my home wiring, and Susan did a great job with all of my questions and eased my concerns by sending Eddie to look things over for a subsequent evaluation. We worked on a schedule that was agreeable to both of us and Eddie installed the outlet and recommended additions (heat detector, surge protector) on time and at a significantly lower cost than competitors. Jonathan (the company owner) said he would come right over and access the situation. as it turned out the wiring got so hot it burned off one of the wires in the outlet. If he had he not fixed the problem, it is possible we could have had a significant electrical fire caused by the sloppy work of the builder( they exposed insulation on all of the wires in the outlet during the original installation) I highly recommend this company."

Mr. Brown responded to our call immediately, but couldn't make it until the next day due to the lateness of the hour. We scheduled to be the first appointment of his day, 8:30am.
