"Our fridge is 12 years old, and when the ice cream melted we panicked and thought we'd need a new one. But first we consulted Angie's List and chose Coldapplianceman Corporation to do our repair. Mr. Brown responded to our call immediately, but couldn't make it until the next day due to the lateness of the hour. We scheduled to be the first appointment of his day, 8:30am. Unfortunately, he had to wait for some parts and was delayed an hour. Once here, Mr. Brown was efficient, and after listening to me describe the problem, got to work diagnosing the problem. Functioning easily in a very tight space behind our refrigerator (Mr. Brown is not a small man), he quickly eliminated the dreaded compressor possibility and climbed out from behind. Next he checked the temperature control board, where he found the problem. Luckily, he had the part in his truck, which he installed and the fridge has been working great ever since. We would definitely call him again and have already recommended him to our neighbors.

"We had bought a new home that had shutters according to code. If a storm was forecast, it would have been impossible for me to put the shutters up because they were made to fit horizontally. I don't even own an electric drill, which is a must for this kind of installation. When Don came we analized each window and door opening and what best could be done. He already had gone to Lowe's to inquire about the material prices. With prices in hand, we could decide what type of shutters to use to make it cost efficient and safe. It was a pleasure working with him, his ideas were excellent and I will now be able to shutter the house myself, if the need arises. I have many more projects that need to be addressed and yes, I will ask Don to do the work. PS: I should mention that over 70% of the cost went for material."

"Mr. Fixit completed the job promptly, for the price we had agreed on. The job was done in an efficient and professional mmanner."

"I highly recommend Greg Luebbe and Total Home Roofing. We loved our neighbor's new roof and inquired with her to find out who did the work. She said Total Home Roofing did two of her three daycare buildings. She said Greg Luebbe was her salesman. Greg came over to the house and was very nice and helpful. He not only gave us a thorough presentation, and a great price, he got up on our steep roof and tarped over the missing shingles to prevent leaking until they could install the roof. The roof was installed exactly one week after he sold us. My husband and I are very pleased with the whole experience!"

"The gentleman who repaired my screens was pleasant, efficient and timely. He also inspected all of the screens in both my front and rear lanais making sure they weren't in need of repair and matched the replacement materials with the existing screens. I feel the price of the services provided was fair."

"Paul and his team are true professionals. They went above and beyond and installed, repaired and left me with fantastic looking garage. Not only do these gentlemen know drywall, they can fix drywall problems and they do great work! They did a site survey, provided me an estimate and firm start date. They were true to the price (which I consider very competitive) and began and finished on the day they said they would. I would hire them again in a second! Plus, they are simply nice guys, easy and fun to be around. They truly enjoy their work. If you choose to go with them you’ll have friends for life. Nothing but good. Finally, in the crazy world we live in today they are role models for good citizenship and manners. GREAT!!!!"

"Replaced pool cage screens, all door hardware, installed lattice (I provided) for privacy, replaced all rusted bolts. All the employees are exceptional. Highly recommend"

"We contacted 9 other screen companies this week and none could get out for the next 8 weeks. Handysan came and gave us a quote and immediately did the work for a reasonable price and the same day. Very fast, respectable and efficient. We would definitely recommend to others and would use again ourselves. Thoroughly impressed."

"All went very well. Michael was extremely responsive in providing a quote quickly and doing the work on a vowel aggressive schedule that he fit in with his other ongoing jobs. He was prompt, responsive and did a great job painting our newly installed window trim and some very old baseboards and door trim. I recommend Five Star!"
