"April 2021 we had Michael Wells and team do extensive Animal Removal. They did a fantastic job. Recently we have seen the return of the rats and the very day I reached out to Mike, he was at the house. That was three weeks ago and one of his teamme has been by daily to check traps. Justin, Isaiah, Kevin and Mike are all so polite, professional, and have done another fantastic job! "I used Angie's List one time and that seemed to work out okay. The only problem I had was that there seemed to be some difficulty in the communication between Angie's List and the Critter Control company so that my services were delayed for over a week before both got in sync but I don't know who to blame for that. He has been coming every day since then. He has been very helpful. They have been doing very well. He did stick to the big deal price of 250 for live animal trapping. I had a lot of other stuff done but I did get the big deal price and I paid extra for the other services that he was doing. Let's see how he finishes as we are still in the process. Overall I would rate them a 'B' just because everything is not done yet. I will say a 'B' for the quality because he is not through and he hasn't really done much for me to see. He has been very good for the responsiveness. He comes within a given time and like I said he has been coming everyday so he comes within a time range."

"The business answered their phone calls and came out and took care of Moma skunk and babies under my house and one opossum that was going under house. The fixed what skunk had torn up under house and cleaned up the nest. The animals were carried away to woods safe from people."
