Painting is easy, but proper preparation is hard and time consuming . I have lived in that house for 22 years and had the exterior trim painted two separate times before this and was disappointed each time with the results. "This review is for the carpentry company A&R Juarez Framing LLC. The primary owner/carpenter is Victor Juarez, Angel Juarez and Ruth Juarez. This is a family owned business that takes great pride in their work. I needed a company to put a roof over a outside pottery kiln and was in the bid process. The major things that stood out from this company and Victor and the others that called was that A&R Juarez Inc. was Arizona Register of Contractors (ROC) licensed, surety insurance bonded, had no filed complaints and they arrived exactly on time as they said they would and maintained outstanding communications until the minute they pulled up in my driveway. I wasn't really sure what to expect in this project in having a lean to installed on the side of our home; a disaster or a work of art. But because of Victor and staff, it came out beautifully crafted. A substantial structure that looked great attached to my home, we were really surprised at the workmanship. It was highly evident that Victor is a true craftsman who takes great pride in his work and has the knowledge and experience to make it all work. We are seriously pleased with the outcome of this project, giving Victor and his staff a "10" and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a professional talent. We were impressed! Well Done!"

"Appointment was easy to arrange and the provider was very responsive.  In fact, he allowed us to use his contractor number to achieve a discount on the paint!  The painter was on time and spent great deal of time masking off the area to be painted and placing plastic on floor to prevent damage and spills. We had a special of 8 hrs of a interior painting.  The job wasn't quite finished but it was no fault of the painter.  His work was excellent and the care for our home was superb.  Highly recommend this provider.

"The job was completed with minimal interruption to our normal routine. At the end of each day our yard was left clean. All work was completed to the specifications indicated on the contract. "The paint job was fantastic, I am thrilled with the quality of the work that was done.  I have done almost all the work on this house myself but didn't have time to get this done, so I really wanted to feel like the company doing the work was going to do a better job then I would have.  That was definitely the case here, the painter was very thorough, did a lot of sanding and caulking that I would have overlooked and the end result was great, we couldn't be happier with the way it looks.
On the chimney repair there was a mis-communication between what I wanted and what the roofer ended up doing.  I was looking to have step flashing installed around the chimney and the roofer did a different style.  The roofer was a sub contractor that was not there at the time Brian gave me the estimate, so I would advise that if a sub shows up to do the work, make sure that you are on the same page before they get started.  I was happy with the quality of the work, I got up on the roof and saw what they were doing before they left and I have no doubt the leak was fixed, it just wasn't the style I wanted and the finished product looked a little unfinished to me. 
This is where I was most impressed with Brian and Audubon, he promptly addressed all of my concerns and worked with me until I was happy with the finished product.  He himself came out and painted the flashing a different color to make it blend in better with my home.   I'm also fairly certain that his estimate ended up being a little low, as the roofers worked on the flashing they found some material under the roof tiles that had to be replaced, so I suspect there were cost overruns.  However Brian stuck to his original estimate which was very impressive. 
To me the most important thing you can say about a business is that they have honesty and integrity, and I feel comfortable saying Brian has those attributes.   I would be very comfortable working with him again in the future."
