"Whereas I like the carpet and flooring, the new baseboards were painted (not a good job) by an unlicensed contractor they subcontracted with. They did credit me $100 however, I was stuck with the mess. We had called after we signed the contract and asked to replace the baseboards in the room that they put the new carpet in. They did not follow through and said we never called to add that to the order. Being out of town during installation, we had no idea things were not going exactly as we planned. I feel the owner and staff are rather condescending. They had an excuse for everything. It was a frustrating experience."

Our home in Sun City West was pre-owned and had crown molding in the living/dining room that had been installed by the previous owners and a different company. We wanted iCrown to install crown molding in our kitchen/family room. I called them last week and the crown molding is already installed. Dana, the owner, is extremely personable, professional and efficient. They even repaired a bad joint in the living room.
